House, lots and building referral without legal authority is forbidden by the law and is an offense to Registered Real Estate Broker Law. Performing mediation for house loan without legal authority is a violation to Money Lending Control Act. As a foreigner, it may sound favorable to seek support from another foreigner who we think can help us in buying a house, but nothing can change the fact that this is a fraud. Please pay attention carefully and don't be allured with their sweet words. We should firmly decline any support from these people.
